Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) and ship within 24-48 hours of receipt.

US Shipping Only. Shipping is $10 for all orders under 5 lbs. For orders over 5 lbs. shipping is $20.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If you receive an order that is incomplete or damaged, you must notify Norris Healthcare within 5 days of receipt of the order. All refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase.
